Welcome to SouthPointe's Student Ministries Page! We are so glad that you found us! If you have a couple minutes, we would love it if you took some time to read about who we are and what we're about.

Here at SouthPointe we love teenagers! Yes, you heard us right; because we believe that people (all people) matter to God, we are passionate about building relationships with and leading Middle School and High School students into a transforming relationship with Jesus Christ. Whether we want to admit it or not, most of us have already experienced what it's like to be a teenager, wading through the murky waters of physical changes, raging hormones, and social awkwardness. Unfortunately, we have found that most teenagers receive very little real guidance during this time in their lives and are often left to fend for themselves as they attempt to discover who they are in a big, loud, confusing world. As difficult and as laboring as student ministry may be, we hold the deep conviction that it is during these foundational and formative years of a person's life that the most support, guidance, love, community, and accountability are needed. We strive to partner with parents and families as they do their best to introduce their students to a God who loves them way too much to let them stay the way they are.
